Online, on the Internet, on social networks or at many major fashion events. MODEa wants to be accessible to meet your need to find collections that fit you well.

How often are there new collections?

For scarves, we release two major collections each year (summer and winter) and we also produce new capsules according to our inspirations. Concerning the blankets, the stocks are renewed according to the orders.

Where do the creations come from?

Our creations are local and we even work with protected workshops. The materials come from all over the world, according to our travels and our desires to offer you a ticket to escape.

Depending on your lifestyle and your desires, there is a model that suits you. MODEa, it's a whole philosophy to satisfy you. Our goal is to make you beautiful, whatever your body type. With us, sublime yourself!

What are the online payment methods?

We work with an online payment platform called MOLLIE.
This platform offers the following payment methods: VISA, BANCONTACT.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ORDER IS VALIDATED?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
You can also find this follow-up in the "follow your orders" tab of your online account.

My deliveries & returns

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Your order is validated, we take care of the rest. Bpost will send your parcel to you and allow you to follow its delivery to you. Please note, for covers only, that the dimensions of the product may not allow your order to be placed in your mailbox upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be able to receive your order at the delivery address you have provided.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Our parcels are only sent to Belgium, for the moment. This is a one-off price. For scarves and blankets the delivery price is 5,00€. If you wish to order from France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Europe or elsewhere, please send us a message from our contact page or by e-mail to info@modea-collections.be. We will answer you as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are given for information purposes only and are calculated from the date of actual receipt of payment from the customer (in the case of payment by bank transfer, an additional period may be necessary). No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
What are the return conditions?

The return is at the customer's expense and must be made within 14 days of receiving your order at home or at the collection point. Items must be returned in their original packaging. The items must not be worn, washed or used. If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept your return.
